Get $3,000-$7,000 Cash Back with Xcel Energy Home Rebates
Xcel Energy Colorado customers can earn rebates on energy-saving upgrades like heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, insulation, air sealing, smart thermostats, EV chargers, and LED lighting.
These incentives help lower upfront costs while reducing energy bills and improving home comfort. Income-qualified customers may be eligible for additional savings.
Save up to $4,500 with Atmos Energy SmartChoice Rebates
Colorado Atmos Energy residential customers can get cash back and free home benefits through the SmartChoice Energy Efficiency Rebates program. Incentives include rebates on high-efficiency natural gas furnaces and boilers, insulation and air-sealing measures, tankless and high-efficiency water heaters, and smart or programmable thermostats — plus furnace tune-up credits to help lower heating costs.
The program also offers free home energy assessments and energy & water saving kits to help you reduce energy use and monthly bills. Rebates require installation at your Atmos-served address and must be submitted within program guidelines and funding limits.
If you’re a member of Poudre Valley REA (PVREA), you may qualify for additional rebates on energy-efficient upgrades for your home or business.
PVREA offers incentives for products like heat pumps, smart thermostats, water heaters, efficient appliances, lighting, and other electric equipment designed to reduce energy use and lower your utility bills.
To receive a rebate, PVREA members typically purchase the qualifying equipment first and submit their application and receipt within 90 days of purchase, with rebates usually processed within 6–8 weeks.
These rebates can help offset the cost of upgrading to high-efficiency systems. When you work with Origin Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical, our team can help you identify qualifying upgrades and maximize available savings through PVREA and other local incentive programs.
