Orel was thorough in his work, explained in simple terms what he was doing and looking for. He was honest in his assessment of the A/C; didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He extended his appointment to do the blower assembly cleaning. He could have scheduled it for a later date but instead took the time to do it then and not have me wait for another appointment. Much appreciated it.
