Micah arrived right on time and promptly put on his blue booties which keep our floors clean. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all our questions and patiently showed us how to use our gas fireplace. I highly recommend Fort Collins Heating and Air. They are a great company.

Cortney inspected, cleaned, and adjusted our gas fireplace. She gave us quotes on two potential upgrades for our 25 year old fireplace, and she provided a range of options. She explained the workings of the pilot, thermostat and blower and how we might improve the performance. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, and answered all of our questions. We're very pleased.
