I have enjoyed being a Customer Service Representative for Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning since September of  2010.  It’s amazing how fast the time goes when you enjoy the people you work with!

Although I have many responsibilities in my position my favorite is working with the customers that call in.  Wether I am setting an appointment, explaining our products and services or resolving a problem-if I can be of help I am enjoying myself!

I have over twenty years experience in Customer Service, and try to bring what I have learned to work everyday.  If you think I am smiling on the other end of the line-trust me, I am!

Outside of work I am a wife and mother, and a grandmother of 2 wonderful todlers.  They are the light of my life and I enjoy them every chance I get.  I also enjoy camping and karaoke when I have the time to indulge.
