Julie Prall has been the Service Coordinator / Dispatcher at Fort Collins Heating and Air since May of 2011.  She has a strong customer service background and enjoys serving others.  If you have called our office recently, chances are that you may already know her voice!  Julie brings over 15 years of administrative support to her position and is passionate about maintaining and creating customer relationships.  She has been happily married since 2009 and has two daughters, a son, and a step-daughter.  When she isn’t organizing our service schedule she enjoys camping, fishing, and archery.
